Lack of updates, i know...

Okay,I'm finally back to update!
I know i haven't update my blog like for ages...
I feel really really sorry for the lack of updating, because
seeing Cherrie, such a busy person in Australia update made me guilty!

These few months, basically nothing much happened..

Everyday,

GYM!

Most Enjoyable time of the day for ME : Gym Workout session (3.30-5.00pm)

1. I can lose more weight! (crucial thing!)

2. It is interesting and you can
use a lot of energy!

3. You can run on a treadmill listening to IPOD!

4. You can run with a speed,
following the beat of the song! (GREAT!)

5. When you run with the beat,
feels like dancing! (lmao~)

Carb
-free
(Carbo is fattening! Even worse than fat!)

Take
more protein instead, it gives you more energy to workout!

More beans, hi fibre food! Take
more fruits..!!!
