You asked me what is the difference between Division of Power and Seperation of Power?
I wrote this essaay to explain in more detail.
Solution:
In Australian Legal Structure, Constitution plays an important role in deciding the components and functions of every government agencies and to protect Australian's right in every way. In the Constitution created in 1901, there stated Powers are DIVIDED and SEPERATED.
Division of powers occured when the powers are divided into State government and Federal governemnt. Meaning that the State will also have it's own power that the Federeal doesn't own. For Example, State are responsible for its cleanliness and it is not a function of Federal governemnt. But, Federal can legislate act to control State operation. One case reffered will be The Uniform Tax Case. In this case, the state challenges the federal government because federal had decided to cut on the paying on the tax to the states government. But, in the end, the Federal government won this case.
Seperatio of powers refered to powers seperated into 3 different sectors, namely Parliament, Judiciary and Executive. These 3 arms of governement deals with different matters. Judiciary deals with Court decission, executive is the party to carry out law and procedures while Parliament make laws.

lunch in Sushi King now oly i know how the ric wow...i ate a lot... from the shopping i bought a RM50 SONY earphones AND>>>> a new pair of shoes worth RM 246 then, we headed to our holiday home--THE VIEW for a night stay.. wow...i really like THE VIEW in THE VIEW...Nice!! i miss you BAR COUNTER @ THE VIEWi miss you too, my living room!! and i really miss you!! my bedroom/1 Wait...i thought i was in the view..But, this is my original house...>??cos mum forgot to bring all the snacks for us.. and we forgot COFFEE the PUPPY we bring along the whole cage too..lol headed for dinner..
DAY 2 SUNDAY
saw my car, so dull in colour and i banged it inside my house compound!!
i banged it into this!! LOL Dad scolded and i need to polish the whole car>> NOW>> shiny as new!! then, we went for a haircut...not us, only my small sis.. all of us(family) will come to SANRITZ for haircut for years.. cos the place very classy, elegant and price quite reasonable...only RM45 for me..!! went for a set lunch in TAKU ICE CAFE.. there's a performance stage upstairs....!!! My main dish my dessert..SET LUNCH>>RM10.90 ONLY!! mum went to do some shopping in Continental Bakery
now, studying cos exam is around the corner...!!
NOTES: - Samantha, cherrie, UFat _ THe taku ice cafe food is quite good and cheap..Finally we have a new spot for lunch!!!
