You asked me what is the difference between Division of Power and Seperation of Power?

I wrote this essaay to explain in more detail.

Solution:

In Australian Legal Structure, Constitution plays an important role in deciding the components and functions of every government agencies and to protect Australian's right in every way. In the Constitution created in 1901, there stated Powers are DIVIDED and SEPERATED.

Division of powers occured when the powers are divided into State government and Federal governemnt. Meaning that the State will also have it's own power that the Federeal doesn't own. For Example, State are responsible for its cleanliness and it is not a function of Federal governemnt. But, Federal can legislate act to control State operation. One case reffered will be The Uniform Tax Case. In this case, the state challenges the federal government because federal had decided to cut on the paying on the tax to the states government. But, in the end, the Federal government won this case.

Seperatio of powers refered to powers seperated into 3 different sectors, namely Parliament, Judiciary and Executive. These 3 arms of governement deals with different matters. Judiciary deals with Court decission, executive is the party to carry out law and procedures while Parliament make laws.

I was singing FORGOTTEN LOVE by ZhangDongLiang but i lose.....so so sad but think positively, I got a lot of new friends and i was glad to have this chance..!!!

And today, Me UFAT Cherrie Samantha went for lunch in TAKU ICE CAFE !!

And Chin Fern, another contestant, my friend also got her video...so, i will be posting it too..!!

She sang KUCIKUCI by Stefanie...Really good too!

Dull

Such a dull day, with only little suprises and little excitement....
Suprises came along when Aunty cherrie play a video _ I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU...

Ok..watch it, just watch it... This is not by Whitney but by a 16 years old Filipino Girl - charie Pempengo. She is so so so so so GOOD...Really, for her age, really sounds like Whitney!!!!

then, we headed to our holiday home--THE VIEW for a night stay..

DAY 2 SUNDAY

saw my car, so dull in colour and i banged it inside my house compound!!

i banged it into this!! LOL

Dad scolded and i need to polish the whole car>>

NOW>> shiny as new!!

then, we went for a haircut...not us, only my small sis..

all of us(family) will come to SANRITZ for haircut for years..

cos the place very classy, elegant and price quite reasonable...only RM45 for me..!!

went for a set lunch in TAKU ICE CAFE..

there's a performance stage upstairs....!!!

I CANT go in into the FINALS of KDU IDOL this year...
At first...was quite sad, but after some time, actually felt quite happy again...!!

SWEE THENG AND MING HUI : you too were like tidak apa when i got into the semi finlas...but you two showed up and listen and watch my performance there...attentively..When Ming Hui said that I supposed can be singing another song, with better vocals, i was so happy, that means in their minds, i sing GOOD!!!! and they were listening to my singing so attentively..THANKS...!!

WEI CHUN AND CLARENCE : thanks for coming too, and thanks for capturing my video..but actually, you were capturing another's VIDEO >>>LOL..!!! Anyway, thanks for your support TOO!!

Really, i enjoyed the rehearsal period and the BALLOON BLOWING TIME...really fun singing with you all...Quite sad that i can;t go in into the finals with you all, but You all must fight and work harder..!!! I was SAD at first, but I was not after that...Mainly because the support from friends....Chin Fern, the last contestant were so worried that she could not get into the finals and i told her she was better than me and i should be the one to have the worries..But she gave me a very supportive response stating that i can sing very well...And Jeffery the 1st contestant too, he said he like me singing the song the most..Thanks you all...When it's announced, i'm not in the finals, and both of them are like..."WHY LEH>>??" But, i was happy enough to see someone like my voice and the song i performed...Really, and thanks UFAT SAMANTHA WEICHUN CHERRIE CLARENCE THENG AND HUI for supporting me at the foyer..

Also, thanks Miss Lee and Jessie for cheering and supporting too..

Although i will not have the chance to get into the finals, but i still believe the passion of singing is still within myself and I will continue to sing as I enjoy it a lot...
